Thank you for your purchase!
Please allow up to five (5) business days for items to ship, unless otherwise specified. Items that may have a delayed shipping timeframe are custom items, pre-orders and mystery mailers. See product descriptions for any anticipated delays.
Ensure that your shipping address is 100% accurate before checking out. We can only ship to the address that you provide at checkout. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur a re-ship fee.
Damaged items should be reported within three (3) business days. You can email a photo of your damaged item, along with your order number, to LittleDetailsNC@gmail.com.
We will happily accept returns (see exceptions below) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at LittleDetailsNC@gmail.com for instructions on how to return your order. Items must be postmarked within the return timeframe and must be in new condition (tags still attached). Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once items are received, please allow up to five (5) business days for your refund to be issued. Refunds will not include original shipping costs paid.
The following items are NOT eligible for a refund: sale items, custom items, shoes, earrings and holiday items.
We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to place a new order for that item and return the original within the return timeframe.
