Thank you for your Little Details purchase! We hope you LOVE everything you order from us. However, if something does not work out, we are here to help! Review the guidelines below to initiate a return:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from purchase (or fulfillment if an item is shipping or local pick-up is chosen). We do not issue refunds back to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued via gift card and will not expire. Store credit will not include original shipping costs paid.
- An order cannot be refunded to original payment once it is placed. Order cancellations will be issued a store credit.
- Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, used, opened, or damaged in any way, with all tags and original packaging still attached.
- Gift Cards, Final Sale/Clearance, personalized, or holiday-related items (including apparel, decor, and gifts) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. If an item is discounted at 30% or more, it is considered to be a clearance product and will be final sale.
- Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
- Damaged items should be reported within three (3) business days. You can email a photo of your damaged item, along with your order number, to email@example.com.
- Gifts with purchase received with your order must be included with your return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Before making a return, please read our guidelines above to ensure that your items are eligible for return.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and the item(s) being returned.
- Ship items back within the return window given to you via email.
- Your are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail.
- Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return after we receive your item(s) back.
- Local pickups are subject to our Return Policy. Any order picked up after 14 days from fulfillment will be considered FINAL SALE and will no longer be eligible for exchange or store credit. Pickup orders older than 60 days are considered abandoned and will be donated.
